On a property in the hilly Sabina region, an area in the Lazio region, there is a property of more than 100 hectares with vineyards, olive groves and corn fields. There are five luxurious villas on the property. Sveva is located, together with Domitilla, in one of the villas and they have a communal swimming pool. There is also a tennis court on site. The property has been owned for generations by a noble family. The villa is furnished with antique furniture in Italian style. It is a perfect location for a day out to Rome, the volcanic lakes or other cities and then to return to a quiet estate where you can relax with a glass of wine to view the lovely sunset.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
Please also note that the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 3.50 EUR per hour in function).
