It rests in a green and quiet position, only 500 m from the lake. Private grounds consists fenced 1'000 m2 garden, terrace and garden furniture. Shared swimming pool is available between 15.06.-15.09. In the house one will have internet access, whirlpool, sun terrace, burglar alarm and washing machine. Parking is available for for 2 cars. Grocers is in 2 km, restaurant and bus stop are in 500 m away. Nearby attractions are Perugia 20 km, Cortona 30 km. The rent includes the use of swimming pool (open to the public) that is located 500 meters from the property and a welcome dinner on arrival in a restaurant (1km away). Dinner includes two courses per person.
