Set in 2 properties 700 metres from each other, I Terzieri offers self-catering apartments with a private furnished patio. It is located in Ferentillo, a 30-minute drive from the historic town of Spoleto. One of the properties is an restructured farm located in the rural area outside the village, including a garden and a swimming pool. The other is in the central area, featuring a refurbished old barn located in front of the old Precetto Fortress. All the apartments at I Terzieri have terracotta floors and elegant wooden furniture. They all include a fully equipped kitchenette and an LCD TV. Some have a fireplace, others are equipped with a washing machine. Barbecue facilities are also available. The picturesque Cascate delle Marmore waterfalls are a 20-minute drive away. Guests can enjoy rock climbing at just a 5-minute walk from the property.
