The Podere is situated in a hilly landscape on the outskirts of Collevecchio (400 m above sea level) and 50 km from Rome (30min with car or train). The swimming pool with 2 showers (hot water) is for exclusive use of the guests and it is in panoramic position among oleander, palm and citrus trees. It has been totally renovated and consists of a main villa with 2 of our apartments, the owner's apartment and several outbuildings where there are 2 more of our apartments. In the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, you will find facilities like an open fireplace, TV and a washing machine. There is a terrace with terrace furniture. Please note that the apartment is on street side. One of the windows from the double bedrooms overlooks the country road. For shared use there is an outdoor swimming pool of 6 x 14 m, opened from 31-05 to 26-09. There is a shower and toilet in the pool area. Parking space is available in the grounds. Within 50 m you can find several restaurants and a supermarket. The bus stop is in 100 m and the railway station of Collevecchio is 4 km away from the accommodation.
