This typical Umbrian home with cotto tiles, wood beams on the ceiling and stone exterior is located in the village of Piedicolle at an elevation of approx. 700 meters with a fantastic view. Lake Trasimeno is 30 km away. The interior is colorful and charming. There is no shop in the village of 20 houses and a church, but there is a sort of bar where you can have a lovely and cheap glass of wine in the evening. Perugia is 25 km away and Marciano is located 7 km away. There is a free parking area 100 meters from the house. It is not possible to drive right up to the house. The house has a terrace and a private swimming pool.
