This apartment is on the first floor. The house is one of two which are part of a farm house built in 1700. The house has been lovingly restored. The original. authentic wooden beams. doors. alcoves and archways are all intact. The house is less than a kilometre from Lake Trasimeno. It is four kilometres from the historic town of Castiglione del Lago. The grounds surrounding the house are 9000 m2. There is a large swimming pool with a separate children s pool. beach volleyball. childrens playground. table tennis and more. This is an excellent location for discovering Lake Trasimeno and its surrounding area. You can also enjoy visits to the many historic cities of Umbria and Tuscany. On the ground floor. just under the apartment. you’ll find a very cosy and much frequented restaurant.
