Old typical Casale (sort of countryhouse) in the green heart of Italy. the province Umbria. The house has 5 apartments. recently renovated according to the style of the region. A swimming pool and other facilities ensure a pleasant stay. The location is favourable to visit the cities of Umbria easily: Assisi (20 min. drive). Perugia (25 min.). Foligno (25 min.). the Trasimeno Lake (30 min.) and Spoleto (50 min.). Roma is a half hours drive.Furthermore. it is possible to attend a wine/olive tasting (on request at the owner).A small cottage on the estate is sometimes used by the owner.
