Set at an altitude of 1300 metres, Residence Egger am Boden is just outside the town of Valles and offers panoramic views of the mountains, forests and countryside. The Gitschberg and Jochtal ski slopes are just 1 km away. Apartments have rustic décor with carpeted floors and wooden furniture. Each one has a kitchenette and comfortable living room with a TV and sofa bed. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the mountains or countryside. You can relax out in the large garden with sun loungers and children's playground, or visit the farm animals. The garden features a stone BBQ and barrel sauna. Indoors, there is a lounge with board games, a TV and free Wi-Fi, plus a small library of German and Italian books. At the Egger Residence, you are a 5-minute walk from the bus stop for Rio di Pusteria, Brunico and Bressanone. Free parking is provided on site.
