Set at an altitude of 500 metres, this family-run B&B offers panoramic mountain views, rustic-style rooms and a generous continental breakfast. The centre of Rifiano is a 5-minute walk away. Rooms at the Sonnbichl have simple furnishings and carpeted floors. Each includes a private bathroom with shower. Almost all rooms boast a furnished balcony with views of Merano and Scena. A variety of breads, cheeses and cold meats are served at breakfast, along with yoghurt and juices. The Sonnbichl's large garden is full of apple, peach and cherry trees, and you are free to pick your own fruit. Just 500 metres from scenic cycle paths, the B&B is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Merano. Parking is free.
