The flat is situated in a high-lying hilly area, 700 metres above sea level, in the small hamlet of Badia a Montemuro, 5 km from Lucolena, in the very heart of the Chianti Classico region. The flat extends over two floors and has a small terrace where guests may linger sipping the excellent Chianti wine which can be bought from the Osteria just in front of the house. The flat has been furnished in an extremely simple manner by the owners, who live just a few hundred metres away. 10 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 15 km from the centre of Figline Valdarno, 50 km from the centre of Firenze. Shop 10 km, grocers 10 km, supermarket 15 km.
