This authentic hamlet dates from 1700. It has been completely renovated and converted into a number of holiday apartments. The fort enjoys panoramic views of the historic City of Florence. You can reach the ancient city in 15 minutes by car. The surrounding landscape is hilly and dominated by oak trees and olive groves. The famous Mugello motor racing circuit is 20 km away. Parco dei Medici. one of Tuscanys most beautiful golf courses. is around the same distance. As is Lake Bilancino with its beaches and water sports. There are shops and small restaurants in the surrounding area where you can enjoy the wonderful tastes of the typical Italian kitchen. The fort has 5 apartments. The shared garden has plenty of seating areas so you can enjoy meals in the open air. The last 1000 metres to the holiday home are over an unmade road.
