The villa is in an ideal location between Florence and Greve in Chianti. the main center of production of the classic Chianti wine. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of hills with olive trees and vineyards.The villa consists of three independent apartments. The apartment Bianca is situated at the front with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.The spacious apartment is tastefully and stylishly decorated. Some details that are worth mentioning: the stone fireplace in the living room. the large stone staircase leading to the first floor and the bathrooms with Vietri tiles.The garden is furnished with table and chairs and barbecue for outside dining. There are also sun loungers to enjoy and relax in the tranquility of the Chianti.During the summer the villa has a private pool. outside the ground. in a quiet corner of the garden overlooking the olive groves.Florence is only 15 km away. Siena 50 km away and at only 6 km we find the Ugolino golf course. one of the oldest and most beautiful golf courses in the world.
