This is a two bedrooms house of 60 m2, on the ground floor, comfortable and modern furnished, 5 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. In the open large living/dining room there is a satellite-TV, in the kitchenette there are 4 hotplates, oven, freezer, grill and a dining table. The house has also a garden with lawn. The motor access is 1 km via unmade road to reach the house and the parking is by the house. In the area there are grocers 3 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Siena" 6 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 35 km.
