The villa is located as previously stipulated. 40 km from Florence and 40 km from Pisa. It is 3 km from the Florence-Pisa-Livorno motorway. 4 km from the train station and it is approximately half an hour to Pisa and Florence international airport.You can also easily reach Lucca (42 km). Viareggio-Versilia-Forte dei Marmi (75Km). San Gimignano (40 km). Siena (70 km) and Volterra (65 km).In the surrounding area. (within a radius of around 6 km). you will find: golf courses. tennis courts. a riding school. a public pool. an ice skating rink. a football and 5-aside football pitch. lakes for sports fishing. rowing. and video games rooms.
