For private use there is 2 ha of grounds (fenced), a lawn, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 08.05.-18.09.) and garden furniture. In the house there burglar alarm. This 5-room house (180 m2 on 2 levels) is situated on the ground floor. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
