Surrounded grounds with olive groves and cypress trees, with entrance via a private gate. Located in a panoramic position within the garden is the fine swimming-pool with spacious sun-terrace. The property has been renovated in respect of the original architecture. There is loggia where guests may enjoy dining in the open air. For private use there is 2 ha of grounds (fenced), a lawn, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 08.05.-18.09.) and garden furniture. In the house there burglar alarm. This 5-room house (180 m2 on 2 levels) is situated on the ground floor. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
