Casa Bulleri is a carefully restored villa in a panoramic position in the Chianti Classico region near San Casciano, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Its original structure dates back to the 13th century, from which the rectangular tower and the little chapel of the still-running farm have been preserved. The owner's villa and several annex buildings are located on the 30-ha property. 4 km from the centre of San Casciano, 22 km from the centre of Firenze, 55 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 30 ha. Private: large garden 3'000 m2 with plants, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 04.05.-01.10.). Outside shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating, washing machine. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning weekly. Parking in the grounds. Shop 3 km, bus stop 4 km. Golf course 25 km, tennis 5 km. Guests have private grounds with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool in a position with view. Wine-tasting and sales of wine, olive oil and Vinsanto (Italian dessert wine).
