The apartments are well furnished in country style. They all have the original features and had kitchen and bathrooms renovated. One off rate for heating, 10.00 euros per day. House "Poggio a Vico". 3 km from the centre of Rufina, 24 km from the centre of Fiesole, 28 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, 04.05.-21.09.). In the house: central heating, washing machine (extra). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Shop 2.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Rufina" 2 km. Tennis 1.5 km, riding stables 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
