Location is in a quiet, elevated country side position on top of a hill. Apartment locates 4 km from Rufina and is ideal for all those wishing to relax and enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside. Castel D'Acone is 10 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 25 km from the centre of Firenze and 80 km from the centre of Arezzo. In outside one will have shower, garden furniture and barbecue. In the house one will have reception with TV, central heating, washing machine (for shared use). Linen are changed weekly. Room cleaning is upon request (for extra cost). Property has a motor access. Parking is by the house. Grocers is in 4 km distance, restaurant in 4 km, railway station and "Rufina" 4 km away. Riding stables in 1 km distance.
