This 48m2 apartment is in one of the estates two barns. converted into a small house (divided into two adjoining apartments). It is an integral part of the rural holiday site and guests can therefore take full advantage of the garden and swimming pool.The apartment is on two levels: the kitchen. bathroom and lounge on the ground floor. with the bedroom in the form of a mezzanine (open onto the lounge). Access is via a wooden staircase. The apartment has a private terrace with a magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside.
