The stone farm house is divided into 2 apartments with separate entrance and has retained typical tuscan characteristics. The apartments are simply furnished. and suitable for families. Every property has got its own exit that takes to the swimming pool. There is a space to park your car by the house. The following facilities are for shared use: washing machine, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, 01.05.-09.10.), outside shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In addition, there is a private garden. The following facilities are in the surrounding: shop, supermarket, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 10 km, bathing lake "Lago di Bilancino" 70 km, tennis 1 km, riding stables 1 km.
