Old country house from the XV century. in the heart of Tuscany. completely renovated with style. The country house offers many possibilities for enjoyment: a big garden. BBQ. swimming pool. tennis court. football field and especially a central location to visit Tuscany easily (Chianti area): Firenze (Florence) can be found within 30minutes drive. Arezzo within less than 50 minutes. Siena within 1 hour. The owners will organise with joy various visits to cultural cities in the surrounding and wine tasting.The accommodation is located next to a provincial road.The photos on our site allows you to see one of the apartment: the accommodation which you rent can be a bit different with regards to the division. but the style and the furnishing are the same.

- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 1,20 EUR/hour of use, is not included in the room rate.
- Electricity fee is included in the rental price.
- You are allowed to bring max. 3 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 117,50 EUR pet/stay.
