The La Sterpaia Farmhouse Complex is in the Maremma region. It is in the southern part of Tuscany. Olive oil and wine are produced and sold on this farm. The owners house and the four guest apartments. IT-58100-01 and IT-58100-04. are in grounds of one hectare. Each holiday home is neatly furnished and has its own terrace with garden furniture. The garden and the swimming pool are for shared use. The grounds are surrounded by olive trees. grapevines and fruit trees. You can enjoy walking and cycling in the farms 15 hectares. The apartments are conveniently placed and you can easily enjoy day trips in Tuscany and Lazio.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival in cash for damages.

-bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests are required rent them per packet at the property (cost: 1,50 EUR per person/night).
-kitchen linen are included in the rental price.
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,50 EUR/kWh).
