This is a one bedroom terraced house of 35 m2, on the ground floor, in the resort Porto Azzurro, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea. The apartment has a TV, a garden and in the kitchenette there are 4 hotplates. There is a patio , a terrace with furniture and a barbecue. In the area there are grocers, supermarkets, restaurants, pedestrian zone 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Barbarossa" 800 m. Golf course 10 km, riding stables 3 km.
