It is located on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Pomarance and 20 km from the centre of Volterra. In the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, you will find facilities like a stove, oven and a freezer. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. For shared use there is park of 6 ha, a garden and an outdoor swimming pool of 12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 250 cm, opened from 01-05 to 30-09. There is a tennis court, garden furniture and a barbecue. In the house there is a lounge with TV, internet access, table-tennis, central heating and a washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking space is available in the grounds. There are 8 bicycles available and it is possible to hire mountain bikes. You can find several restaurants and grocers 2 km away from the accommodation.
