This villa, the oldest part of which was built in 1600, is located at the top of a hill with a view and is surrounded by a 4000 m2 park with cypresses and box hedges. Over the years, the villa has been expanded and now has the charm of a little castle. There is 7 rooms for 14 person and 5 bathrooms. The current owner has restored all of the rooms and bedrooms, and all of the old frescos have been retained. The furniture consists of antique and modern elements and is very well maintained and charming. Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Next to the swimming pool outside, there is a small cottage with a kitchen to prepare an aperitif or snack. There are goldfish ponds, water lilies, fountains, terraces and marble benches in the park. From the terrace there is a view over the Chianti hills and Castellina in Chianti. The swimming pool in the park has a hedge of bamboo, cypresses and pine trees. An antique wine barrel has been transformed into a changing room.
