This villa was built in 1200 is 6 km from the centre of Pitigliano, 20 km from the centre of Saturnia, 70 km from the centre of Siena, in the countryside. There is private: grounds 7 ha, garden 3'000 m2, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, 18.05.-19.10.) with built-in steps. Perched on a spur of volcanic rock, sheer on three sides, stands the ancient town of Pitigliano with its perfectly preserved mediaeval town-centre. That area is rich with Etruscan-Roman archeological remains,villages,medieval castle and sulphur hot springs (Sorano, Sovana and Saturnia). Guests can use clay tennis court and during their stay they are responsible for its maintenance.
