Holiday apartment in Versilia. on the Tuscan coast.This simply furnished holiday property is located in Pietrasanta. a wonderful medieval town. Just 5 km from the sea and its renowned beaches. it benefits from an advantageous climate. situated at the foot of the magnificent Apuan Alps. which surround Versilia.The sea is easily reached by car. bus or preferably by bike. along the cycle track.The property is strategically placed in the old town. near Piazza del Duomo. with medieval and renaissance buildings.Guests will find both free and fee-based parking nearby. Parking in the old town (and therefore close to the apartment) is only permitted for loading and unloading. at restricted times of the day.Pietrasanta is also famous for its artistic side. (concerts. open air exhibitions. cultural events and entertainment. etc.) and for its central position: the Cinque Terre. the Flower Riviera. Porto Venere. the islands of Capraia and Gorgona as well as Florence. Pisa. Lucca and Siena. which can also be reached by train. (the station is just 5 minutes on foot from the holiday home).
