Villa Rassinaia is an ancient manor house dating back to 1567. restored for the first time in the 19th century and again 30 years ago. It s comfortably furnished with beautiful fireplaces.It s in the middle of a medieval village wich is no longer inhabited. therefore private and quiet. perfect for guests who enjoy nature and old time places. The villa is surrounded by chestnut and conifer woods and is located in a strategic position to easily reach the most beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The garden is nicely furnished and the swimming pool is in a peaceful and private position with marvellous view of the woods.The caretakers of the property live nearby and they are at your disposal in case you would like to have a chef for lunch or dinner on request.
