The holiday farm dated back to the 1800. It has been divided in 6 flats. Resort "Agriturismo" is situated 20 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Perugia and 40 km from the centre of Siena. The apartments have independent entrance and they are furnished with original furniture. There is a little path among the fields leading to a small lake where is possible to fish. There is panoramic view of the Valdichiana. In the apartment, which is located on the first floor, you will find facilities like an open fireplace, satellite-TV, gas heating and a dishwasher. In the house there is a washing machine for shared use, extra. Parking space is available in the grounds. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you.One of the double rooms can be made into a twin. Access to the apartment is via outdoor steps. For shared use there is grounds of 47 ha and an outdoor swimming pool of 6 x 12 m, opened from 23-04 to 25-09. The garden with garden furniture has barbecue and children's playground. Bikes are available for rent: half day 3 EUR, full day 5 EUR. Linen change weekly. Within 700 m you can find several restaurants. Riding stables and the railway station of Monte San Savino is in 5 km and there is a golf course 12 km away from the accommodation. The photograph is a typical example.
