Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Large terrace. Facilities: washing machine. Private: well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, 04.05.-28.09.). Outside shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Covered parking by the house. Shops are 3 km away, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Castelfiorentino" 12 km. Golf course 9 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 1 km. Casa Clizia is situated on the edge of the small village of Mura. The whole outdoor area including lawn area, swimming pool and 2 furnished terraces (partly covered) is for private use. Pool towels are provided (extra).
