The area is well known for Chianti and Vernacci wines and for its typical delicious Tuscan dishes. The apartments are in a variety of colonial style houses set on a hill. There is a delightful swimming pool. The friendly. hospitable owners have 250 hectares of land. They produce organic wine. olive oil and honey. The farm complex organises evenings with Tuscan specialities or pizzas a number of times a week. Historic Volterra and San Gimignano with its amazing towers are well worth a visit. The famous cities of Florence. Siena and Lucca are only an hours drive away.
