There is an open living room with open fireplace, 6 bedrooms, several bathrooms, two terraces and fully equipped kitchen. Private: grounds 25 ha, garden (fenced), swimming pool (13 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, 20.04.-05.10.). There is an outside shower, pool house with fridge, shower, WC and hot plates. Parking in the grounds. Nearest shops, grocers, supermarket, railway station "Sieci" are 2 km away. Nearby attractions: Fiesole 15 km, Reggello 30 km, Vallombrosa 35 km, 12 km from the centre of Firenze, 80 km from the centre of Siena.
