The scenery is magnificent. on a clear day you can admire the Valdinievole.Nearby there are local restaurants for tasty dinners.Owners can provide breakfast and possibly organize a pizza or barbecue in the garden.Landscape and hospitality await you to enjoy the real Tuscany.Marliana is at only 5 minutes by car. it s a village on the hill. In Montecatini Alto seems to enter the Middle Ages. For walkers this is a great place to go through all the hills of Valdinievole. Interesting: the Terme di Montecatini. Monsummano Terme. An ice cream in the medieval square of Montecatini Alto. A visit to Massa and Cozzile is nice for the view. To eat we are spoiled for choice. we have La Baita 2 minutes walk from the house where we can enjoy excellent meat. and the Powder Keg where we can have a great selection of fish. and all the restaurants in Montecatini and surroundings where we are spoiled for choice for all Tuscan dishes. With an hour s drive: Pisa. Florence. Lucca. Viareggio. in 2 hours we can reach Siena. Arezzo. San Gimignano. Montepulciano etc.. etc.. all cities that do not need promotion. We also have many other small towns. less famous but very nice to visit.
