La Fornacina is is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of "Tenuta Cavallini", an important farm with 330 ha grounds, dating from the end of 1800 have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions. 5-room house 220 m2 on 2 levels offers large living/dining room with open fireplace and TV,. 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer. The annex building has a double room with 3rd bed and shower/WC/bidet. This is 20 m away. 6 hours of mid stay cleaning is included in the price. Private: grounds (fenced), garden, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 155 - 90 cm, 29.05.-02.10.) with built-in steps. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating, washing machine, heating payable locally (01.11.-30.03.). Parking in the grounds. On request customers can take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked and visit the zoological centre. Clients are greeted with 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine on the house. Nearest shop is 8 km away, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 18 km, rocky beach 23 km. Golf course 30 km, tennis 10 km, riding stables 10 km. Please note: car essential. Saturnia is 25km away, Siena is 90km and Fiumicino airport (Rome) is 140 km. Preferential rates at the local riding centre.
