For shared use: grounds, meadow, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, 20.06.-15.09.). Tennis (1 x hard court), patio. In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access (3.8 km via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 5 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, railway station "Siena" 25 km. Tennis 8 km. Please note: baby equipment on request.
