Historical apartment block "Palazzo Cittadella" is from the 16th century. Situated in the centre of Lucca, in the heart of the town. Casa di Paoli is a 5-room apartment on two levels on the upper floor with comfortable, antique furnishings. There is an entrance hall, library, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath/bidet/WC, jacuzzi. On the lower ground floor: living room with satellite-TV. Open kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave and with dining table. The house is available for small weddings, meetings and private parties on request. The owner prepares breakfast the first morning in the house. Public parking 100 m. Nearest grocers are 50 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar, café, rent a bike 50 m, bus stop "piazz.le Verdi" 100 m, railway station "Lucca centrale" 150 m, sandy beach "Versilia" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Pisa 25 km, Florence 80 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Abetone 100 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
