This is a three bedrooms apartment of about 180 m2 on 1st floor: recently renovated stone farmhouse, located within a large farm residence. Now the main building is divided into 3 large apartments which have still retained their original, special, architectural style with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings. All apartments are on the first floor and on one side, there is view of the countryside, on the other side, there is a view of the paved outside area and also the swimming pool. Guests can walk in the grounds, cycle and fish in one of the two large lakes or just relax in the garden. Kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and freezer. There is a terrace and panoramic view of the countryside. There is a TV in the house and internet WIFI and the access is by private outside steps. The house is 9 km from the centre of Colle Val d'Elsa, 3 km from the centre of Casole d'Elsa, 20 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use with the complex is the grounds, swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, 08.05.-02.10.) with built-in steps, outside shower, barbecue.
