Apartment with own entrance on the ground floor of a Tuscan rural house. A large room divided in half by an old stone arch: A patio door leads directly to the garden of 600m2. fully available with the gazebo and barbecue for lunch or dinner. The apartment is newly renovated recently. Mountain bikes are available. It has a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Free and secure parking in front of the apartment. It s just a short walk to the center of Guardistallo (medieval village) with all services:. Bank. post office. supermarkets. bars. theater. pharmacy. bus stop. excellent restaurants and pizzerias. The owners are young and friendly. they speak English. Italian. French and Spanish. Guardistallo is 12 km from the sea in Cecina. 30 minutes from Volterra and so it is an ideal point to visit the whole region.
