When you arrive in Florence, please call the property using the number on the booking confirmation, in order to arrange key collection.

Check-in takes place from 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours as follows: - 19:00-21:00 EUR 25; - 21:00-00:00 EUR 50; - 00:00-08:00 EUR 75. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Final cleaning is included. A cleaning fee only applies for guests who bring pets. A higher damage deposit will also be required for guests who bring pets.

Electricity, gas and water are not included for stays of 7 nights or more. Each is payable at the end of your stay according to consumption.
