This is a five bedrooms house of 300 m2 on 2 levels, 5 km from Chianni. Is a stone house surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and forest . On the ground floor there is one double bedroom and the living/dining room with TV. There is also another small living room with open fireplace and satellite-TV. In the kitchen-/living room there is an oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and grill. On the upper floor there are the bedrooms with air conditioning. There is a garden and a panoramic view of the valley , a nice swimming pool to enjoy the sun and a barbecue, on the terrace there are also garden furniture. Air conditioning ,house maid and cooker are on request and with an extra. The motor access to the house is 2 km via unmade road, the parking is by the house. In the area there are shops 3 km, grocers 3 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Pontedera" 20 km, sandy beach 50 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 3 km, riding stables 3 km.
