This is a two bedrooms apartment of 50 m2 on 2 levels situated in an limited traffic area, access by car only to load/unload. On the 1st floor there is the kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven) with open fireplace and satellite-TV. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms There are internal stairs and the twin bedroom has a little window, high on the wall. Close by there are two indoor thermal swimming pools with fitness centre 7 km. The house is in the centre of Chianni, 25 km from the centre of Castiglioncello, 25 km from the sea. Public parking is at 100 m, grocers, restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 25 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m.
