This house is ideal for two families who wish to spend their holidays together without losing their independence. It is a house with two apartments. one on the ground floor and a spacious apartment on the first floor (IT-52022-03 + IT-52022-04.) We are in a very quiet location in the hills of Chianti and the Arno valley. ideal for a relaxing holiday.De property consists of three accommodations totally dedicated to the hospitality. The third property is in fact the home owner which can be at your service at all times. The 15.000 m2 is at disposal of our guests but is public. The courtyard of the apartment is equipped with a gazebo which guarantees some privacy for the guests. you can also use the barbecue! The house is situated in a central position between the major cities of Tuscany (Florence. Arezzo and Siena) in about 40 minutes. The owners produce organic olive oil and a good Chianti Classico wine is bottled exclusively for friends and guests.
