The Casale Neri is situated at the edge of the Chianti area, below the Montaio Castle, 1.5 km from Cavriglia. The swimming pool is situated 150 m from the house, it is only used by the client and the owners, nearby there is a shed with separate WC and a fridge. For shared use there is a garden, swimming pool (25 x 6 m, 29.05.-25.09.), terrace incl. garden furniture and barbecue. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking by the house. There is a shop, grocers, restaurant and bus stop at 3 km, and railway station "MONTEVARCHI" at 8 km.Please note: the owner lives in the same residence
