The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- A final cleaning is included in the price.
- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the room rate.
- Please contact the Keyholder a few days before arrival to arrange your time of arrival. The geo-code provided will take you to the agreed meeting point. Please call the keyholder from the meeting point and he/she will come and pick you up there.
- Please note that the heating and air conditioning fee are not included in the room rate, it will be charged according to consumption.
