This village is about 450 m. above sea level. where beech trees and chestnut trees are combined with olive groves to provide a striking natural scenery.Today this small village of around 25 houses has become a summer retreat for those who wish to escape from the chaotic life of the city and relax in a small peaceful Tuscan village. Here you can rediscover a fascinating way of life amidst history. nature and tradition. Inside the village are 5 charming apartments for guests furnished in Tuscan country style. Thanks to a skilful restoration. faithful and accurate. respecting its ancient origins and architectural features. these apartments rediscover their original splendour and become fascinating vacation homes.The swimming-poo is approximatly 100 m. from the apartments and is surrounded by a beautiful garden.There is also a small restaurant in the hamlet with a delightful garden for those who wish to taste typical Tuscan dishes made with natural products.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- A final cleaning is included in the price.
- Bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price. ( when you rent a linen package).
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 3 EUR/per hour in function is not included in the room rate.
- Electricity fee is included in the rental price.
- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 30 EUR/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
