The property is a 4-room semi-detached house 110 m2 on 1st floor, renovated. It has a living room with 1 sofa bed, dining table and flat screen satellite TV; 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC; 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and shower/bidet/WC; kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine); heating (available at extra cost); patio, garden with terrace furniture, sitting area and view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's highchair, cot for up to 3 year olds. Reserved parking by the house. Surroundings: shop 1.5 km, grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Castiglioncello" 8 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Internet access (available at extra cost) is provided via a modem compatible only with Windows operating systems.
