Within 10 km from the Tuscany coast. close to Campiglia Marittima. you will find this lovely ex-farm. now divided into 4 apartments. 5 hectares garden with fruit and olive trees belong to this accommodation. a cosy swimming pool (10 x 6m) and a veranda. Nice for children: in a fenced in area on the property. there are several animals such as donkeys and sheep. outside there is also a ping-pong table and a playground. Ideal for a visit to the coast. but also the surrounding: Il Parco di San Silvestro. Suvereto. Piombino and Isola d Elba (with the boat). for example.Within a few km is the Calidario. the famous spa-/health resort of the region.The first floor is accessed by means of a rather narrow spiral staircase. On request (at a cost): cot. bicycle. washmachine (communal).
