Located 10 minutes’ drive from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Camaiore town centre, Villa Umberto offers a villa, an outdoor pool, and BBQ facilities. Surrounded by olive trees, the villa at the Umberto is set on 2 levels and is composed of 3 bedrooms, a living room and an equipped kitchenette. It also features a fireplace, satellite TV and terrace. It overlooks the coast. The keeper, who lives in the back of the villa with an independent entrance, will welcome you at the reception. The property can be reached by a steep road, which is 2 km long.

A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 350 will be required upon arrival for damages.
The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers’ credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers travelling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
Heating and electricity are not included and are charged according to consumption.
Please note that the use of the outdoor pool, outdoor shower and BBQ facilities is at an additional cost.
The outdoor pool is open from 7 May until 10 October, weather permitting.
