This cottage is an old convent school near Camaiore and was the middle of last century by a Dutch family converted to villas. The town lies at the foot of Monte Prana in Tuscany near the sea and in the artists town of Pietrasanta. center of the old marmercultuur.Het is an ideal base for visiting the beautiful Tuscan cities of Lucca. Pisa and Florence. but also for mountain walks the beautiful natural area of u200bu200bthe " Alpi Apuane" . You could also of course the sand beach (the house is located about 8 km from the coast). The house is surrounded by a beautiful. large and well maintained garden on flat terrain with a barbeque area and ping-pong table. approximately 3000 square meters with plenty of privacy. The view of green area " Alpi Apuane" from the villa and garden is really beautiful.
