A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
Please note that the compulsory service charges are: initial laundry supply (bed linen and towels) and final cleaning.
Please note that the electricity fee of 0.5 EUR/kWh and gas fee of 4.5 EUR/m3 are not included in the room rate.
